Another recipe from ‘The Quick Roasting Tin’

Somehow was not so keen on this. Mustard and lemon juice came through very strong and I my palate did not quick take to it. However, nice to experience a very simple dish to put together. Might use some of the ingredients and adapt to something of my own tasting. I will keep you posted.
