I had two oranages to use up – so I made an orange cake.

Norweigans eat a similiar cake (I think with chocolate) at Easter. Well Easter has passed and I’m not Norwegian but it seemed like an easy cake to make. I decided to use up some of the lemons that I had loafing around and use the zest to go on top of the orange icing.

I have not stopped eating this cake all week. It’s almost dangerous…

But so delicious.

It’s perfect with a hot black coffee.
