Working from home on this ridiculously hot day…
It was too hot for me to even contemplate cooking. I opted for making a smoothie.
One banana, a handful of frozen mango pieces and a 1/4 cup of porridge oats. Some oat milk and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/2 cinnamon.
Wonderful!
Thick, cold and delicious.
Just the thing to fuel me up for an afternoon of admin.
