Nacho and I were snuggled up on the sofa watching another Netflix documentary on food (Salt Fat Acid Heat). I decided a little snack was in order to get us through the last mouthwatering episode. I rummaged around in the kitchen and ended up with boiled eggs, mozzarella and tomato. I toasted four slices of bread and brought in the olive oil. Hey presto we had all the ingredients for an impromptu sandwich construction. It goes without saying that it was very tasty!
