Haha. Made it to the 2nd prompt. It’s six o’clock in the morning and I cannot sleep. I’m getting up in an hour.

Last week we finally made it to Lancing, where my sister lives. It was lovely to see her and her family if only from a distance. I missed them.

We then headed off to the beach for a short walk. I have to say, having not been there for months, I found the whole experience incredible. I felt very grateful to be alive and have the time enjoy this space. I’ll never take it for granted again.
