chickpea salad

I’m finding that I am really enjoying experimenting and making these chickpea salad. I am driven and motivated by the fact that there are about multiple cans of chickpeas in the kitchen, however I am also finding that these are delicious and filling meals. Today I decided that I wanted to tackle decluttering the kitchen. I have started with the drawers and the top of the cabinets. Ignacio did help me cleaning up the items that had been sitting for years gathering dust and other such things. Between the two of us we worked up the hunger that suddenly required urgent attention. So I went into the kitchen which was looking more than a little unsettled but found a space to chop up some cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, parsley, goats cheese and sprinkle some sumac, salt pepper and lemon juice and olive oil.
