Chickpea salad

I came back from a family trip to Lancing, restored and revitalised.

However too tired to cook.

Another chickpea salad was created from leftovers in the fridge.

Today – chickpeas, Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, grapes, goats cheese, fresh oregano, za’tar, salt and pepper, lemon and olive oil dressing.
