It’s now Thursday evening, I’m extremely grateful that I’ve had such a peace filled day. Dinner today was a delightful combination of fish, egg and vegetables. Bread layered with aubergine and tomato pate, sliced avocado, sun dried tomatoes, sliced boiled egg, topped with anchoas and boquerones.
