Monday morning started with a breakfast of leftovers

Very filling and a good start to the day.

I managed to get one report completed. Speak to a social worker and then I was felled by a wave of nausea and tiredness. Maybe I do need my weekend lie-ins after all , or maybe I need to do yoga before I start work. I suspect the latter might have some merit.

Then for lunch I reinvorgated a pasta and tuna dish I had made at the weekend. I livened it up with a chopped boiled egg.

I won’t tell you about the rest of my Monday, after lunch. Lets just say, that the food was the best part of the day…
