On the last day of our Paris city break, we had a quick lunch at this cute little cafe opposite the Jardin du Luxemburg. Well, I say lunch, I only had a Grand Marnier crepe and a coffee! I must admit I was feeling an underlying level of nervousness, worrying about the time it would take us to get back to the hotel, to get the taxi and get to the Gare du Nord in time. I needn’t have worried because we made it all in perfectly good time.

I do wish I could go back in time and spend just a few more hours in this place soaking up the decor and daydreaming into the Parisian sunshine. This sort of place it just like heaven for me.
