Another working from home day. I used up the last two brioche hot dog rolls to make some French toast. This time I made a blueberry compote with the last of the blueberries. I added the blueberries to water, a small about of honey and a squeeze of lemon juice (using up the last of the dying lemons in the fridge). I let the whole thing cook until I was left with small amount of thick pulpy blueberry messiness. Greek yoghurt on the side and a nice pot of tea.

All very nice 😊
