I think I just like taking pictures of food…

After making my canapés I was left with four slices of toast with a hole through them. Aside from acting as a picture frame they did not appear to have much going for them.

I did not want to waste the bread so I decided to chop up the slices, mix with the chorizo left over from earlier in the week, some mushrooms and the last bit of egg mixture from my Torrijas.

Certainly unconventional but tasty dish. The main dish of my combination of new and experimental dishes for Saturday night.

And there we have it.
