This is me in the kitchen of my good friend Anne who lives in Sheffield.

Nacho and I spent a Saturday evening and Sunday morning with her family.

It was just lovely.

Anne prepared lunch and invited me to cook a pudding.

I chose a chocolate and ginger brownie recipe that is a favourite of Nacho’s.

It was quite nice cooking in somebody else’s kitchen – improvising with ingredients and equipment and inspired to cook in slightly different ways.

The brownie came out more fudgey than my previous creations but seemed to go down very well.
