My husband is at it again – whipping up delicious dishes in the kitchen. This is another traditional Spanish recipe, although according to my in-laws perhaps a touch too watery. Watery or not, the last was mind-blowing. It was so good. There was enough of it to freeze down and take to lunch for the best part of a week.
