I found this recipe on Deliciously!. I was intrigued and thought it might be something that I might want to try one day. So after my fortnightly hairdresser appointment on Saturday morning. I decided that that’s what I was going to spend the rest of Saturday afternoon doing. Quite easy to make. Interesting taste and actually delicious snack.

Your onion pancakes look great on the first try! I had to make them several times (4 attempts, I think) before they looked decent. LOL! You are an experienced baker, I think which is why you got it right away. I am just learning to bake with yeast and with recipes that require kneading which was why it was difficult for me at first to get the right consistency. It is quite therapeutic to make these pancakes. 🙂
